Yes, there’s a murder investigation.
Yes, the mystery is excellent.
But the reason Kohrra works is because its characters never feel like they’re only there to solve the crime.
Mona Singh delivers another quietly brilliant performance in a series that understands people are often far more complicated than the cases they’re investigating.
