“ So many books, so little time.” – Frank Zappa. A wonderful quote with a lot of meaning. Books are a golden ticket to visit the globe from the comfort of your own home, whether it’s academic, dramatic, romance, a beautiful destination, or a case of mystery and murder. There are so many different personas to imagine oneself in that position. A fantasy world in which you choose your character and occasionally use your imagination to immerse yourself in magic. And for those who do not enjoy reading books, I believe there are fantastic alternatives such as movies and audible books, but this is just my opinion. If you don’t enjoy books, it’s because you haven’t read the right one.
So without further ado here are 4 book options with the options of mystery, romance and self development.
- TWISTED LIES – ANA HUANG
We had to complete and suggest the final instalment of the twisted series. Christian Harper the god of all cyber things possible, heartbreaking hot and cold as ice. Having feelings for Stella, the last member of the group. Stella is a nice, goal-oriented, ambitious, very hot fashionista and blogger who values her work and Instagram. Until the day comes when she gets fired from her work and her world is turned upside down. The fascinating part is that Christian hates her as much as he wants her.He has reduced the cost of Stella’s stay, assists her with her work, and everything else, but he is always terrified of what would happen when Stella learns Christian’s dark side. What are the chances of a millionaire and a fashion beauty god being your favourite couple when Christian is unhappy with someone stalking Stella and can’t find him but Stella is terrified and unloved by her family? There can only be one way to find out. Read the book.
- BEFORE THE COFFEE GETS COLD – TOSHIKAZU KAWAGUCHI
A 2015 novel by a Japanese author which was formerly translated by Geoffery Trousellot. It’s a simple story but equally good enough for you to dwell in. A cafe in Tokyo allows its customers to travel back in time and now obviously before you decide to do this a million dollar question pops up into your mind. What will I do if I travel back in time? Some mistakes undone? Or change yourself? And well if you had to, who would you meet for one last time?
This brings a lot of rush in your mind. And when you decide to time travel the one and only rule is to come back before the coffee gets cold. Interesting isn’t it? Now to read or not read this book, that’s up to you.
- GLORY BE: A GLORY BROUSSARD MYSTERY – DANIELLLE ARCENEAUX
This one’s for you, mystery fans! The entire theme of this work is a best friend fighting for the justice of a deceased friend. Louisiana and Glory had just gotten into a routine after church where she met gamblers at the coffee shop where she also worked as a bookie. Suddenly, she learns that her best friend, a nun who is well-liked in church, has died in her apartment. The authorities label this a suicide and close the case. But Glory, with her stubborn daughter and her own problems, embarked on an adventure to establish that her dearest friend was murdered. She begins her research using church gossip, rumoured voodoo priests, and other sources. You might be interested to hear that Gloria is a black lady who was frequently overlooked, but she wanted to make an impact by proving this case correct. As a debut by Danielle this thrilling murder mystery novel is a hit because of its ravishing characters.
- BE YOUR FUTURE SELF NOW – DR. BENJAMIN HARDY
Even though the title explains itself Dr. Benjamin Hardy has a very unique approach for your future selves. This book is about ‘being’ rather than ‘becoming’. It assists you in imagining who you want to be and how you can become that person right now. Obviously, the majority of us are caught up in the topic of what we want our futures to look like. However, most of our behaviour is influenced by past mistakes, and this book will assist you in doing the opposite. Because you will be your future self ‘now,’ your behaviour will be influenced by the future.
Good examples, great stories and your future is the basic mixup of this book. But to read it or not read it that’s on you.
